1. Introduction Welcome to Disorganized ("the App"), a note-taking application developed by Langvec AB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for both personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Upload or share illegal, or infringing content through the App.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, remain with Langvec AB. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. User Data & Privacy The App does not share user data with third parties except for Google Analytics. Users can request data and account deletion via the settings page.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
